Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Quality Assurance Senior Supervisor located in Amman. and will be responsible for developing and executing quality control systems, overseeing product testing, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The Quality Assurance Manager will also be responsible for managing a team of quality control inspectors and reporting on quality metrics.
Qualifications
Knowledge of quality control systems and techniques
Auditing and inspection skills
Experience in the food processing industry
Experience with regulatory compliance, including HACCP and ISO certifications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Bachelor’s degree in food science, chemistry, or related field
Certification as a quality auditor or quality engineer is a plus
Knowledge of Arabic is a plus
