Vacancy : Production Manager

A leading company located in Amman – Al-Muqabalin, specializing in the food manufacturing sector, is looking to hire a Production Manager to join its team, the ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing production processes in FMCG industry.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee and manage daily production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety.
* Coordinate with teams for continuous process improvement.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
* Lead, train, and supervise production staff.
* Monitor production metrics and prepare regular performance reports.
* Manage inventory and procurement of raw materials.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or any related major.
* Minimum 10 years of experience in a production management role within FMCG industry.
* Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
* Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance consistency and quality.
* Proficiency in production management software is a plus.
