About the Role:
A leading FMCG company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist to join our dynamic HR team. This role offers a unique opportunity to support HR operations, policies, recruitment activities, and the full payroll cycle while contributing to employee engagement and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities:
– Support the implementation and administration of HR policies and procedures.
– Contribute to initiatives that enhance employee engagement, performance, satisfaction, and well-being.
– Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal regulations.
Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
– Maintain and update accurate HR records and documentation.
– Follow up on all tasks related to payroll processing through the HR system.
– Handle the payroll cycle, including additions, deductions, and monthly closures.
– Record and track all disciplinary actions in the appropriate registers.
Receive employee complaints and coordinate follow-up procedures.
– Participate in the recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
– Support end-to-end offboarding processes, ensuring alignment with company policies.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
– 2–4 years of proven HR experience, preferably in the FMCG sector.
– Strong knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and best practices.
– Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
– Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and as part of a team.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software (preferably VOLT system).
