Manager – Telesales Campaign

About the job

stc Kuwait is actively recruiting for the role of Manager – Telesales Campaign. In this role, you will be responsible to manage inbound and outbound Telesales activities and retention program at the best quality of service and customer experience. The main objective is to build and lead Telesales team to achieve highest revenue contribution at the lowest cost.

Roles And Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:

Managerial Responsibilities

 

  • Implement efficient and successful sales strategies.
  • Define and ensure high sales and performance standards.
  • Monitor daily sales performance, KPIs, and workflow with insource and outsource staff.
  • Apply the required monitoring tools to ensure highest quality of call and customer`s experience level.
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationship with internal and customers.

Core Responsibilities

 

  • Manage daily cross-sell, up-sell, proactive retention, and CLM campaigns.
  • Execute digital Sales with Marcom and Segment team.
  • Oversee inbound and outbound sales activities.
  • Implement automated processes in “Telesales” customer`s journey.
  • Design and implement strategies and tactics to maximize conversions and sales volume.
  • Develop and maintain Tele-Sales forecast.
  • Align and implement Telesales Commission schemes and incentives programs.
  • Manage all communication with Vendors to ensure the implementation of sales plans.
  • Provide and present detailed reports to the management.

People Management Responsibilities

  • Ensure proper recruiting, training and coaching of new and existing tele-sales representatives.
  • Implement staff rewarding programs for best performers in sales and quality.
  • Apply continuous product knowledge enhancement program in additional to sales skills.
  • Prepare and set Monthly targets and KPIs.
  • Assure required tools and supported technology for the best user experience.

To apply to this role, you must meet the below minimum qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant Experience
  • Previous Experience in Sales and Call center
