Strategy and Project Management Officer
About the job
Job Summary:
Supporting the department to ensure the successful execution of strategic initiatives, project management activities, and performance monitoring. The role focuses on applying strategic frameworks, managing key projects, and ensuring alignment with the organization’s goals while collaborating with internal stakeholders and providing analytical insights.
Key Responsibility Areas:
• Support in the development, monitoring, and reporting of the company’s strategic objectives and KPIs.
• Coordinate and follow up on key projects to ensure timely delivery and alignment with organizational priorities.
• Assist in the preparation and analysis of strategic reports, performance dashboards, and presentations.
• Apply strategic frameworks such as Balanced Scorecard, SWOT, and PESTEL in evaluating business performance.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather data and ensure accuracy in performance tracking.
• Manage and update project tracking tools and ensure documentation is complete and organized.
• Support in conducting market research and competitive analysis to support strategic decision-making.

- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in strategy, performance, and project management.
- Knowledge of PMP or similar project management methodologies.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and MS Project.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Familiar with strategic frameworks (Balanced Scorecard, PESTEL, SWOT).
- Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Relevant professional certifications are a plus.
