HR Operations Specialist Job Vacancy.
Dear All,
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist to join our dynamic HR team. Mainly handling HR Operations covering salaries, time attendance, employees data, disciplinary actions operations, check the below details:
Key Responsibilities:
– Respond to inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
– Maintain and update accurate HR records and documentation.
– Handle the payroll cycle, including additions, deductions, and closures.
– Participate in the recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
– Support end-to-end offboarding processes, ensuring alignment with company policies.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
– 2–4 years of proven HR experience, preferably in the FMCG sector.
– Strong knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and best practices.
– Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
– Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and as part of a team.
– Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR software (preferably VOLT system).
