Lead and scale AI strategy and implementation initiatives. oversee the design, development, and deployment of AI solutions to enhance business operations, decision-making and drive innovation across the company.

The AI specialist will play a pivotal role in leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) technologies to enhance business processes and must collaborate with multiple stakeholders to identify AI opportunities and use cases and oversee the deployment of solutions while ensuring ethical AI practices.

Must combine hands-on technical tasks with strategic planning to ensure the success of AI program across the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead AI Strategy, roadmap, and develop needed KPIs in alignment with company goals and strategy.
• Design, develop, and implement AI models and algorithms to address business challenges and improve processes.
• Develop and build company AI culture and be responsible for changing management processes to introduce AI within the company.
• Lead the implementation of AI initiatives from data acquisition and preprocessing to deployment.
• Drive Innovation and Identify new opportunities and use cases where AI can add value, propose pilots, and lead implementation to validate impact.
• Provide technical expertise and support for AI projects, including troubleshooting and resolution of issues.
• Design and conduct experiments to evaluate the effectiveness of AI solutions and optimize for desired outcomes.
• Create and maintain documentation for AI systems, including data models, processes, and performance metrics.
• Managing large and complex projects that include multiple parties and teams.
• Research and stay current on AI technologies and best practices to inform project decision-making.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and challenges.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience as an AI Specialist, Data Scientist, Machine Learning Engineer, or similar role in AI development.
• Strong understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and deep learning techniques.
• Experience in programming languages such as Python, R, or PyTorch.
• Experience with natural language processing (NLP), computer vision.
• Strong knowledge of AI frameworks and libraries.
• Familiarity with big data technologies and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work with complex datasets.
• The successful candidate must be a Non-Smoker
  The type of contract will be a service agreement.
