About The Role
Tradeling is looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join our Commercial team, focusing on baby feeding, diapering, and other related baby product categories. In this role, you’ll play a key part in expanding our buyer base, driving app adoption, and supporting overall commercial growth within the UAE and export markets.
You’ll spend most of your time in the field, working closely with pharmacies, retailers, and baby-focused stores, while being based at our Dubai Airport Free Zone office. Your success will come from strong client relationships, deep market knowledge, and the ability to deliver measurable sales results.

Lead Generation: Identify, approach, and convert potential buyers and partners in the baby product sector.
Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed personal and team sales KPIs.
Customer Onboarding: Drive app downloads and guide new buyers through the onboarding journey.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term partnerships, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
Issue Handling: Resolve buyer concerns quickly and professionally.
Reporting: Maintain accurate sales reports and CRM records (Hubspot experience a plus).
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and operations to ensure smooth order execution and customer experience.
Who You Are
Experienced: 3+ years in outdoor B2B sales, ideally in the baby category (feeding, diapering, hygiene).
Market-Savvy: Strong understanding of the UAE retail landscape and emerging trends in baby products.
Well-Connected: A customer base of pharmacies, baby retailers, and strong networks in UAE freezones/export markets is a plus.
Goal-Oriented: Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
Strategic Communicator: Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills; confident in positioning products competitively.
Team Player: Works well under pressure, collaborates effectively, and thrives in a fast-paced sales environment.
